This file was used at JET and in SOLPS under the name plt89_w_01.dat
but was not in central ADAS. Although more sophisticated methods of
choosing the configurations for the adf04 files, which are the basis of
the coefficients in the adf03 file, have been developed this version
of the adf11 plt file is chosen for ADAS for data provenance
considerations. Better plt data for tungsten within ADAS should be
preferred for modelling application.
